I didnt wear shorts for long time since being suffered from the cold air and finally these two days are a bit "warmer"!! I have to say that even it is around 16 C degree I still feel cold....and it is not a big difference comparing with the -10 C degree in Canada. But you can still find a lot young girls wearing shorts or skirts even without tights or leggings!! I have to admit that I AM OLD haha.
